Integrations

Zoho is an open system which makes integrating with other platforms easier.  Not only do most Zoho applications have their own API secured via OAuth2.0 that allows you to access the underlying data with all possible search, read and write functions, there are several other methodologies to integrate with other platforms.

With Zoho Flow, Zoho has its own communication platform that allows you to connect and exchange data with other Zoho applications as well as external platforms or applications. However, it is not limited to just exchanging or synchronising data, you can also add specific workflows and automations that can save you enormous amounts of time.  Zoho Flow already has a library of standard connections (e.g. Salesforce, GSuite, Slack, Azure, Outlook, Paypal, Mollie,…) but it is also possible to build your own specific integrations.

Other integrations

On the other hand, SalesBridge itself has built a number of integrations that are rather specific or cannot be realised with Zoho Flow anyway. Not coincidentally, these are integrations previously used in the financial context from Zoho Books.

This integration allows invoices and credit notes created in Zoho Books to be posted in Exact Online. The entries punched off in Exact Online are retrieved and the respective invoices are then marked as paid in Zoho Books.

This integration allows invoices and credit notes created in Zoho Books, to be posted in Yuki. The entries punched off in Yuki are retrieved and the respective invoices are then marked as paid in Zoho Books.

This integration allows invoices and credit notes created in Zoho Books, to be posted in Octopus. The entries punched off in Octopus are retrieved and the respective invoices are then marked as paid in Zoho Books.

This integration allows invoices created in Zoho to be submitted to Twikey for automatic collection provided a mandate exists for that customer.
Paper invoices can be provided with a QR code where payment via the Twikey platform is also possible.
For customers for whom no mandate exists, the invoice will be forwarded by Twikey in an e-mail that also provides multiple payment options. Invoices paid via the Twikey platform will then also be automatically checked off in Zoho Books.
